What the site collects, why, and who it goes to. It is short because the site does very little.
What is entered on the quote form: a name, a phone number, an email address, the property address, the village if one is chosen, the kind of work needed, and whatever is typed in the message box. The page the form was sent from and the browser’s time zone are recorded with it, to help spot duplicates and automated submissions. Nothing else is asked for.
Arranging snow removal work. A request is used to identify an independent operator whose route covers that village and to pass the details to them so they can quote it. A confirmation email is sent when a request arrives.
The independent snow removal operator matched to the request, so they can call or write about it. The information is not sold, rented, traded or handed to advertisers, list brokers or data resellers.
Ordinary web analytics may be used to count visits and see which pages get read. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify anyone. No advertising pixels run on this site.
Requests are kept while they are being worked on and for a reasonable time afterward as a record of what was arranged. To have one deleted, say which one through the contact page.
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions travel encrypted. No payment information is collected here at any point; pricing and payment happen directly between the property owner and the operator.
The site exists for adults arranging work on property. It is not aimed at children and knowingly collects nothing from them.
